is a not-for-profit corporation made up volunteer home owners formed for the purpose of providing community leadership,

swimming pool, gym, tot lots, non state owned roadways, entry features, pet waste stations and all trees, bushes, flowers
and grass areas that do not belong to a specific home owner.
The Fair Chase HOA was formed when the Declaration
of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions were recorded. You automatically became a member of the HOA the day you
purchased your home in the Fair Chase and the Residences at Fair Chase.
Fair Chase is made up of 5 single family homes,
130 stacked condominium units and 319 townhomes for a total of 454 lots.
Community leadership is provided by the board of directors, as well as the association committees that are made up of your fellow home owners.
Members of the board of directors are elected
from time to time by the body of homeowners at the annual general meeting. All home owners in good standing are
entitled to stand for election to an open seat on the board of directors and any resident may volunteer to participate
in the various committees. These committees help determine the future and direction of Fair Chase. If you are interested
in serving on the board of directors or one of the committees please contact your HOA for details.
All
board meetings are open to the public and all home owners and residents may attend.
